Prospective authors should ensure their story conforms within the scope of the AMGHS Mission Statement. The story must first be approved by AMGHS before publishing. AMGHS reserves the right to refuse to publish any story, or part of a story, that doesn’t conform. AMGHS does not seek involvement in any political or divisive issues related to the events of 1922, therefore any submitted stories should not contain these issues.
We ask you to please think carefully before submitting your story. Make sure your story contains all the information you wish to impart. Send us your story once only, in its final form. Please do not send us several versions of the same story.
Stories must be in Microsoft Word format and can only be accepted by email to amghsbrisbane@outlook.com. Any embedded photos in the document should be captioned appropriately with names, dates, etc.
The approved story will be uploaded to the website exactly as laid out in the document. Please ensure that spelling, spacing, paragraphs, grammar, sequence of events in timelines etc are all correct before submitting for uploading. The contents of the submissions will not be intentionally edited or altered by any Committee Member from the AMGHS.
Visitors to the website will not be able to edit or alter any content. The AMGHS website contains a directive “Any story on this site cannot be reproduced in any form without the express permission of the AMGHS and the contributors of stories".
